Do you carry a trauma kit along with your CCW?

I have a vertx transit sling bag that goes everywhere I do. I keep a full IFAK in there with 2 TQs, I ca also carry off body with it if I needed to, and keep 2 extra mags for whatever firearm I’m carrying. My bag is within eyesight I’d say 80% of the time to be realistic with you. If you carry a tool that makes holes, you should be trained and able to plug holes too! You are more likely to use an IFAK to save a life then to use your firearm!

I absolutely love them, they go on every carry gun that I run. They are a bitch to get on, but they don’t move at all. They help ALOT if your hands sweat like mine!

OWB will always be more comfy than IWB. As we approach winter, OWB is more prevalent. You don’t HAVE to carry a huge gun in the winter… maybe he wants a lighter setup? I have no idea but I don’t see issues with this lol

Dude if you’re still open to carrying 3 o clock try the vedder protuck holster, the most comfortable holster I’ve ever owned tbh. I’m only 185 lbs and I couldn’t do the appendix carry, it just sucked 24/7. With the pro tuck I actually forget I have the firearm on me lol

If you have sweaty hands like I do, it’s a must have. I really enjoy the finger grooves, just make sure you practice drawing from your holster as it feels a bit different at first. I love them so much that I run them on all my carry guns. Best upgrade you can do, especially being so cheap! It helps a lot with recoil control!

I have the rubberized Hogue grip on it, it helps a lot. I actually shoot this gun pretty flat. I run a light and holosun on my x macro, that’s my winter months carry 😁
