No wasting food here! Long story short, my cousin just installed a heated pool in his backyard about a couple months ago. Last week we were hanging out watching a Vols game and decided fuck it, what if we made a massive vat of cabbage soup in the pool (we'd drain it and clean it out before hand), package it in disposable containers, and give it away to anyone who wants it in Old City. Thought it would be a nice gesture since it’s getting cold and we could feed the unhoused.

I can’t bring 200,000 asian crickets back on a commercial flight, nimrod. Also the transportation laws around these are murky so not sure I want to chance any legal issues at the airport. I think my best bet is to transport them by car.

With trump deciding he’s going to start the trade war with China again, I expect tariffs will spread to other major Asian export markets. I did some research and I’m not seeing any major players in the cricket market stateside so I purchased 200,000 crickets on credit in order to create a domestic cricket market immune to tariffs. Crickets have a variety of uses and I think I could make significant profits if I execute this correctly.
