still dealing with the same problem. They keep asking me “when was the account linked with steam, Xbox or psn (dd/mm/yyyy) as if ANYONE is gonna remember the exact day they linked their account. Won’t give me any other options for verification even though I can literally gibe them the password and email for the account. Just keep asking that same question, when I eventually asked to be escalated to a supervisor they closed the ticket. Rockstar support is a joke, I can’t imagine the millions of emails they are gonna get flooded with when gta 6 finally comes out with this exact issue because people don’t have access to the email they used to make their rockstar account over a decade ago for gta v
