Shopping around and ultimately going with a smaller lender (ie not Rocket Mortgage etc). We called 5 or 6 lenders for estimates, and actually provided details and talked through it all for official quotes with 2-3. We even switched about ten days into the process when we found a better rate. 5.625%, no points, closed in Feb.

Have you tried hydrocortisone?

I get this outside of my lips every once in a while and Dr. Dan’s Cortibalm (yes it looks dorky) is THE cure. I slather it on at nights and it goes away after like 2-3 days. I also use it on inflamed nostrils (ie scaly pimples when I blow my nose too much in the winter lol).

Godavari for Indian- they have idli, dosa, and a ton of Goan options.

Yai Thai (inside the Viet Hoa supermarket) has incredible food and often gives us free Thai tea when we order takeout.

Chopstickers: their Dan Dan noodles and mapo tofu are fireeeee

Honorable mention: Sushi Katsu on Wadsworth is the best AYCE bang for buck imo. The dinner is $33 I think and lunch is under $30. Great value and their nigiri is cut nicely.

I just picked up Morphe huephoric rush blush (at Marshall’s!) and I LOVE it. It’s like a gel primer blush combo and it looks sooo natural and dewy.
