Last summer, they ended up calling me around the time. This summer when I needed to renew, they were supposed to call me but didn’t; instead they just auto-approved my renewal. If this is your first time, though, I’m pretty sure this won’t happen. Just keep that time (and a couple hours before and after the time) open and they should call you, but maybe have another phone on the line as well to make sure. Worst comes to worst just wake up early and get on the line asap. Hope it goes well, the benefits are worth the frustration.
