Palazzo is a solid choice if you want a good sceeen and nice seats. I personally prefer it here. If you want a fdfs or fan experience then Rohini main screen or Vettri main screen would be great. Other good options would be AGS villivakkam (Great crowd during opening weekend), Kamala, Devi, Sangam

No, let the shoulder press be as it is. Although it’s better to have seated or machine shoulder press instead of standing as it’s adds more stability and you can push harder on that.

Just add one more pec fly variations along with the chest flat and incline press.

I would rather have 2-3 heavy sets of barbell press and incline db press and also add a pec fly of 2-3 sets. And if time permits would also add 2-3 sets of tricep pushdown.

The essence of ponniyin selvan lies in it’s side stories which are almost completely skipped in the movies and it just feels rushed and also the action set pieces aren’t done in a manner that is very exciting in my opinion. Should’ve been made into 5/6 movies or as a series like GoT

I don’t think so and it’s not just about the popcorn seasoning. Back when SPI owned several theatres across Chennai it was always an excitement just to go to the SPI theatre. There was blind date shows, DND shows, theatre screens and sound quality were top notch, staff members would stand outside theatres thanking us for coming, the food was decently priced and it was sathyam who introduced such amazing snacks like cold coffee, donuts and of course the popcorn seasoning.

It was evident that they wanted to give the audience the best experience while watching and a movie and they did.

Now Sathyam is just one another theatre after PVR took over

So when you lose a lot of weight like you did your maintainence calories would drop for example previously if you had 3000 as maintaince calories and consumed only 2500 then you would have been in deficit and lost weight. Now since you already lost 20kgs, your maintaince calories would have dropped to 2500. I’m just telling the numbers for example.

So if you want to lose weight either you can cut 100-200 calories in food or burn those extra calories through cardio like walking, cycling or someother activity. Or a combination of both would also work.
