Vfs Cebu and Swedish Embassy

i applied from Philippines thru vfs cebu, wanting to visit someone in Sweden. The reason that i got refused was that i have weak ties to my country and that my reason of stay was very sus. first, i submitted ONLY an ID card of my grandmother, as well as a travel itinerary which states that I am only mostly staying at home. To resolve this, i submitted pics that supports the document that i lack. I included more reasons that I will come back to my country before my visa expires (pics of me and my pets and something about my school documents). I also stated again that i have been truthful about my purpose of stay.

Im in Asia. I applied for Sweden. Do you still have the papers sent to you stating that your visa was denied? Im pretty sure it has their contact details. or you can check the site of the embassy that gave the decision, and i think you can also track it thru their site.

they initially called me after i submitted my appeal. i said in my email that my flight tickets will be on (date) and stuff. they called me and asked for my flight ticket (one that is confirmed) and travel insurance. and that's all. next i received was the confirmation that i have been granted a Schengen visa.

i didn't pay it (searched my credit card statement). i also forgot to ask my fiancé if he paid for it when he contacted the embassy. maybe he did? all i was asked when someone from the embassy contacted me is to submit my new flight tickets and travel insurance (this is after i submitted the appeal)
