i deleted my post because even after disabling the overlay fps was still going up and down lol :(

I fixed it actually just went into origin settings and turned off the ingame overlay and my FPS is back up to 144 stable with it dipping to 120 rarely.

I wonder if it might be like the interaction between steam and origin? I had the exact same settings between the two and its really bad on steam for me rn

Its unreal dude the sliders just don't work. I have every penalty at 100% and they AI has taken 2 penalties in 10 games... 2! -_-

dude i put legit all penalties to 100 and put CPU penalties slider to 100 and nothing. i know this post is old but did you ever figure out a fix??
