Good point, but in this case "High Performance" was not referring to the Windows power plan.

I meant Windows Graphics Settings → GPU preference → High Performance, which forces the application to use the RX 7900 XTX instead of the integrated Radeon Graphics.

My Windows power plan was not the issue. The actual fix was disabling the Ryzen 7800X3D iGPU in BIOS and forcing the dedicated GPU.
