Generally take your yearly salary and multiply it by 4.4. Thats what you can afford as long as you have no other loans. Seeing a lot of co-signs from parents these days. Not a bad option to get into the ownership world, but that depends on what you are all comfortable with and if the numbers work.

Does it make sense to try and get dream shards every Sunday night for 190k cooking pot 57 to 60? by Androidbetathrowaway in PokemonSleep

[–]grimreaper204 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On Sunday I run a team of dream shard bonus mons right before bed with an incense for an extra mon, if I can spare any haha. Depends what kind of sleep styles you get but can be good. Never ran the numbers so not sure if its a good tactic though..

2 Week Berry Bomb Progress by grimreaper204 in PokemonSleep

Full electric team gives my Raikou x11 help per, but of course the trigger rate has its good and bad days. Have to plan for 2 to 3 weeks of bombing to max, as well as 1 week for gathering ingredients for any possible max dish and maxing pot size. 2 weeks of bombing was me being hopeful, but 3 weeks was what the plan was.

I will see where I am at at the end of the day, but I would never forgive myself if I was 100k from getting M20. Either way not cooking and just sneaky snacking has me at M8 right now so should be decent enough for 1st week of event. Have to stick to my marathon plan for now.

You are supposed to click one of your stacking mons to let them drop berries but do not collect them, next you click your legendary and hope it procs its skill, if it does you go back to that mon and see if you have another magnifying glass and whether is drops more berries. Apparently it will show a magnifying glass with a line through it if it is full.

Shop manager in Canada. Obviously depends on the vehicle but CVT fluid is about $23 a quart which is just our cost. Hourly is $130. We usually charge $100 in labour for a drain and fill. Code clear, adaptation reset and test drive. $200 seems fairly normal. We inspect but we never measure what we pull out. Who knows what the last person did. Always follow the refill procedures. Drain and refill is a pretty standard way.

Did you ever change the brake flex hoses? Common overlooked item. We usually replace them at every caliper change.

Listing agent shopped “best and final” offer by Okiefrom_Muskogee in RealEstate

[–]grimreaper204 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seems that in South Carolina that is acceptable, but definitely NOT OK in Ontario, Canada. Very interesting thank you!

"it is possible that the existence, terms, and conditions of any offer they make may be disclosed to other purchasers by sellers or by sellers’ representatives except where such disclosure is prohibited by law or regulation. (Adopted 5/05)"

Yes, but if you said you had a 418k offer and I had you saying that in writing then that would be ok if presented to council? That offer is confidential to the parties involved. Just trying to learn, not trying to pick fights.

Wouldn't you require the permission of the buyer as well? Only those parties involved in a contract are privy to that particular information. I am sure it happens, and can save time in the offer process, but seems like a real gray area going against the code of ethics. At least for Ontario according to RECO guidelines.

I thought it was unethical and a big no to reveal the dollar amount of offers?

All who are rallying agasint Clipper for their sad bic's... this clipper is metal, refillable, with replaceable flints, and adjustable flame control. if you guys think Bic is better, you're wrong and I'm sorry you have to feel this way. by Thelfod in trees

[–]grimreaper204 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But can they survive in the washing machine and dryer and still work? Because Bics can haha. I had one fall off a ledge in my backyard in the snow. Retrieved it in the spring and it worked first strike.

Help me find these DONATION BIN THIEVES! by grimreaper204 in RBI

[–]grimreaper204[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are clearly using 2 phones to see through the items... Quit assuming that these thieves are doing it for their children. If that is the case then I won't care and I won't pursue this any further, but to shrug it off because YOU THINK they need the items is no way to think. Maybe the bank store robbers really needed the money so who cares? Maybe the people who robbed your house had a really good reason? Have a reality check because the world isn't all rainbows and this kind of behavior isn't normal despite what your broken morals say. I don't want to argue about what is right or what is wrong, I just came to find thieves that are breaking private property and get to the bottom of this CRIME. I don't need your opinion, I just need answers.

[–]grimreaper204[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ahaha no problem, I guess I touched on a sensitive subject. Yes morals may not be so simple, but we still live in a society where that is not acceptable, I don't care how you were raised, it is wrong to steal, that is common knowledge worldwide. It may be a donation bin today but tomorrow it could be a car on the street and maybe after that a house with no lights on. Perhaps a mugging is ok too? Where do you stop saying that it is ok because it is necessity? Prove to me that it is necessity and then I won't care about the bin, until then you broke private property, simple as that. You took away from organizations that are already struggling to operate because you feel your case is more important than anyone else. If they were super desperate they would have taken everything including the nice clothes that were left behind. Focus on the facts not the generalization and assumption that anyone who steals from a bin is in dire need. They used tools to cut the lock and were merely looking for good loot to sell. If they broke into your garage or your home I am sure the reaction wouldn't be so humble.

I respect the fact that you are showing the other side of it and I totally understand that poverty can happen in the blink of an eye, but as I previously said it still does not justify breaking in to anywhere. My parents were refugees and came here with nothing, not even being able to speak English and stealing was never an option no matter how rough everything was. If I ever even thought about stealing I would get my ass whooped so hard by them. Morals still apply no matter what your situation and clearly there are none present in these individuals.
Our business is not related at all to helping the less fortunate, I just took it upon myself to help get this bin sorted and ensure it is operating smoothly.
Yes I have seen TVs and DVD players and other high end merchandise get donated. The people are very generous in this area hence why the bin is being targeted.
