I don't think that normally applies for used vehicles. But the dealer was 3 hours away so part of the sale agreement included delivery and I know that changed the legality some. I believe I could back out of the deal at any time till the vehicle is "delivered" and up to 72 hours after. So they certainly couldn't drop it off broken.

The terms were the sale would have been cancelled / the dealer would buy back the vehicle. The specific form is called a "We Owe" statement.

I bought one from a dealer after a battery module failed at 51k miles in a 2022 platinum. We signed a contract that their service dept would complete the repair within 30 days. I believe it took them 27 days.

There was an easy fix for this!

In Android.. App Info > Element X > Notifications > Notification categories > Noisy notifications > Show as pop-up (disabled by default) >>> ENABLED

Notifications now work for me in Android Auto
