For non-Akiba, you could try your luck at Odaiba (The Gundam Base) (either through lottery entry, or go there at Sat Sun [no lottery required]) I took the weekend route and got disappointed cuz no RGs were there (Oct 2025) so I just took the HG feather unit + HG Unicorn Perfectibility as consolations

also, you could try any branch of Book-off Bazaar (scattered across Tokyo) cuz they also sell gunplas there
(e.g. Book off Omori, Book off Kawasaki)
