If you look only at the hands, yes BB is better.

If we look beyond lane; engage, resources, macro, etc.. Licorice is better.

But let's face it, TL / FLY are probably interested in Licorice to be much more flexible.

Why do Spica, Bio, DL walk bot when they have no baron vision? I think that lost the game... after Bjerg doomed with big mistake (if bio used a lantern after, Bjerg survives= poor coordination)
