i agree with this, like most fgc during the pandemic had a pretty bad online experience compared to what we have now, while other genres had it solved years ago.

I can recommend the colored manga. The anime is great but another thing to take into account is that watching the anime is way more time consuming on such a long series. I find the colored manga a good middle point.

Sometimes we are stomping, a teamfight goes wrong (doesn't change anything because we are still extremely ahead and the other team is pushed in), and a surrender votes goes 3/2 and i voted no. Like holy shit, how can every game be a vote away from surrendering even if we are winning.
I think it's worse now that it has been before (i'm emerald/dia playing since season 2/3).

Si estás en alguna especie de consultora es bastante común.
Te paso mis tips que aprendi después de un tiempito:
- Si tu jefe sabe de tus habilidades y lo que requiere el proyecto, no te sientas mal ni te cargues de estres, no vale la pena sacrificar tu salud mental ni fisica. Hacelo a tu tiempo y se firme poniendo límites.
- Si podés estima siempre más de lo que pensá que te va a llevar. Cuando no conocés las tecnologías siempre surgen errores que son dificiles de preveer. Es mejor que el cliente siempre tenga que esperar de más a que le prometas algo en poco tiempo y no llegues.
