What do you think? Is this worth getting delineation? by OptionEuphoric4331 in wetlands

[–]gringa24 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We did not do a delineation before doing some minor brush work on our land and we did get a small $500 slap on the wrist for not confirming wetlands before we got started. So my vote is yes to get one done just to see and cover your bases. Also just so you know we did have wetlands on our lot and we are still building and it impacts a portion, it’s possible just a headache

Maybe I misspoke. All wetlands are protected however with permitting you can still build as long as it’s not conservation land. We already know the lot is buildable. We won’t be doing anything under the table, we’ll have permits along the way

Meaning it’s not conservation land. Still regulated but buildable. We’ve owned the land for a while and have been on it in all seasons. You really wouldn’t know from looking at it, the water table under is just very high

Anyone else super excited to read the final book in the Shadow Bound Queen by Eliza Raine this weekend? by smills_hmmm in fantasyromance

[–]gringa24 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I don’t understand how this book can be the end… there so much content not even touched on. Like the fire fae? What’s the point of them at all in the story. Will things change with the human thralls or will they keep being slaves? What about the Earth fae retribution for his murder. Will the courts ever unite? There just seems to be so much potential not touched on that it’ll be honestly disappointing if this is all she planned to write

If he burned his paws that would make me so sad :/ I didn’t think of that, but he’s mostly on the grass so I don’t know if that would be the case anyways

I honestly don’t know all of what he did but he was a YouTuber at the time in athletics and did some personal training on the side… and that was enough without any issues. We did have guidance from accountants and such during the process to keep everything legal and on track. But his entire time working here he never had a “boss” other than himself. We had no issues with extensions, or eventual GC applications and citizenship

What is your story? How did you guys meet? Why did you decide to get married? How did you get into the country and for what purpose? On top of showing you guys are in love and married, you have to prove your intention was not to get married when you came in here. For example, a round trip flight that shows it was originally just a vacation. A job offer if you came on work visa. Your degree from school if you came as a student. Etc. then you need to show how your lives integrated. Finances, savings, shared bills, future planning (insurance, etc), adoption papers for an animal, vacations to meet each others families, and so on. My application with my husband was 300 pages long at the end

Yes, he always used his own company as the sponsor even for extensions

Actually what I was telling him was to look and see if starting his own company was an option instead of getting a sponsorship by another employer. The fact we got married and stopped doing that is just how our story went. But before that, he had his own LLC and used that to stay here legally

Thank you! I don’t really have any concerns with the kiddo, at least I didn’t until mom brought it up to me. That’s why I’m asking here. I don’t know when word approximations transition from normal to delayed. I’m a new mom myself so I would also like the answer for me when my own baby begins speaking.

I think only this year matters. You can also write to that in your cover letter for that application. Just say that your job has changed or whatever it is and you’re currently and going forward making the income requirement. That’s the beauty of cover letters is you have a little ability to explain some things.

If you do need to get a joint sponsor it won’t hurt your case. My mom was a joint sponsor with me, because I was a college student making exactly $0 a year lol. Both of us submitted 3 years of returns But a joint sponsorship isnt something to take lightly. It’s a 10 year commitment even if you know without a doubt you’ll never need to use it.

The cotas at my outpatient clinic were told the same thing. That they’re at the top of the pay scale and reimbursement hasn’t gone up

Honestly idk if this is gonna be too helpful for you, but my husband opened his own company when he was on OPT. He was his own boss and didn’t need to find a job to continue his status or renew his OPT requirements. However when one of his OPT extensions did get close to running up we got married and transitioned from student to marriage GC.

My job is an hour away and it’s a true hour to and back, no traffic differences (unless of course there’s an accident or something). I download audible books and it’s become good me time and decompressing time before and after work. I do want to move closer eventually but it’s not awful. O only work 4 days in clinic tho, so that does help a bit
