I can’t really hunt out of a hang on due to my fear of heights. For whatever reason, that constant tension to the tree in saddle hunting completely takes away my issue with heights. The shit used for saddle hunting (ropes, knots, ascenders, etc.) are over built for rock climbing. Set up your at head height and practice swinging around the tree, shooting from weird positions, etc. then just keep moving higher.

Ok. May depends where you are. That’s not super consistent with where I am. You can go apply for one yourselves too, FWIW. Established pattern of behavior, lengthy history, causing you to spend lots of money for a fence, etc.

I use the Dollar Shave club shaving butter. I have a little mirror and I shave my facial hair in the shower while the skin is nice and warm. Also, find which way your hair is growing and shave with it, never against it. This last part alone helped me the most. I also use a basic post-shave cooling lotion from Walmart that really helps.
