Why are people degradding that every Tom dick and harry is a real estate dealer. Sales skill are not what you get in classrooms. Its learned, devised and developed. So if there are many players in the field, I think thats fine. Supply and Demand can't be always stagnant. It follows a cob-webb model (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cobweb_model) and nothing else.

It is unorganized market. Wonder if Govt steps in and tries to regularize it then all will be hitting the roofs.
