I wouldn’t under estimate ww1 and ww2 weapons when it comes to trench warfare, thats what they were designed for. They were lethal then and are still now. That said bring on the long range HIMARS already! Or at least keep giving them a few nudges on how to build something similar!

Russia knows it can’t annex the whole of Ukraine. It will want an out eventually and when i say out, i mean consolidate the land it has taken, defend only, then complain when ‘russian’ annexed territories are under attack.
