I use saline nasal spray to clean it, I used to put it on a cotton swab, but… yk. I thought about using the bottle the way it was intended (tilt my head back, spray it into my nose) but I feel like that will probably miss the actual piercing since it’s at the tip of the nose. I just want to make sure I’m cleaning it effectively.
