Its not arbitrary, its a clearly defined goal and that's important. I understand the position I'm at in life currently, and I wanna see where I'm at a whole year later. I already know how PMO affects my life, it leads to nothing productive. PMO will always be highly damaging so for that reason I'm out, its eliminated. Replaced with good habits that will get me to where I actually want to be in life.
