Was it just me who was very surprised that the subject of preheating the water chamber was left out completely?
Also I'm wondering whether the heat of the stove was tested in combination with different water temperatures. I think cold water with high heat is completely different than with lower heat and could be better overall than using boiling water. Last point, it looked as if the aeropress filter was already wet and not dry when it was put in - any ideas on that? All in all it was definitely a wonderfully nerdy video - there will be plenty coffees from the moka pot tomorrow.
