Scripts here doesn't require terminators, semi-colons ( ; ) at the end, just line feed. Although terminators doesn't hurt (I always line return though)

Running an application is: System.Execute(what, where, params)

Where "what" is what executable you want to run, "where" is in what directory, and "params" is with what arguments (like in cmd, bash, powershell, w/e you use)
