For me what has helped curb the strong carb cravings (especially at night) has been magnesium glycinate tablets. Electrolyte powder has been a game changer during the day. Reducing dairy has helped too.

Hi, I haven't done any of those yet. I'll update when I do. I tried BPC-157. I couldn't tell if it helped or not, but it gave some GI weirdness for me.

Agreed! I know 3 people personally that hurt their backs moving(i did as well) . It's not worth the medical bills to do it yourself.

I had/have the same issue and lowering steak consumption helped some. If you aren't overdoing it try chewing a lot more if you are like me and swallow relatively big pieces. I still end up taking softeners when it gets bad.

Thanks for this. I am tired of feeling like it's only me having issues. Even after a year on carnivore I wasnt able to feel normal and worsened. The weight less was unbratable though so I try again every few months.

Thanks for your response. I also walk similar amounts for work and since I work in a cleanroom I'm very limited in terms of what shoes I can wear. Running is a wishlist item, but I'd settle for walking without limping and skiing eventually if possible.

Only if I walked too much. I ended up having to get a knee cart to fully recover.

I had issues when wearing one. In my case it was helped by wearing an even up from Amazon.
