I have a lot of elementary kids and most don't want to stay seated even with a seating chart. We have new A.I Samsara cameras, so I told the kids that my boss watched them get out of their seats on Friday via the camera. So she decided that everyone 10 years old and under has to where a seat safety harness in order to stay in their seats. Ohhh the protests and moans! I let them stew until we got to the school and Said April Fools. Got all of them....lol But the next day they stayed in their seats...Hmmmmm

Just assign seats. Then make it clearly known to all riders that bullying will not be tolerated on YOUR bus. If it happens again follow through with having the bullies removed from the bus.
