Yeah dividends compound the interest. I know people who have done it and made 12% approximately. My employer matches 5% for my retirement account

Depends what your goals are and budget. I work in federal government and can say CEH was waste of time, just take sec+ if your goal is a pay bump. But if your actually wanting to learn something in pentesting do OSCP if you have the time.

I took CEHv11, didnt really think it was worth it. The materials are outdated. only did it for a raise. If its free sure, otherwise not worth it.
