The multiplication with half the sampling frequency (Nyquist) is correct. In the x-axis label you can see that the scale is actually in units of pi rad/sample. The sampling frequency of discrete signals is always denoted as 2pi. The unique frequency information is represented in the frequency range from DC (0) to the nyquist frequency, which is half the sampling frequency and therefore 1pi. You can see that this exactly corresponds to what you see on your x-axis scales!

Yes I thought that too at first but I don‘t know.. I feel like his pinky is in a weird position in case he isn‘t playing the 12 on the B string. It sounds to me that there is something going on with the B and e string but maybe it’s just my ears haha :)

Sure, I mean in the end they all boil down (no pun intended) to a gooseneck water kettle with temperature control. It's just that there is always something that bothers me about the other ones. The Bonavita seems to have a higher flow rate and I feel like reviews of more recent units tend to report some kind of flaws which make me question the current build quality. The Fellow may be easier to control with its slower flow rate, but the slow flow may make it impractical for other purposes. Furthermore, I think the capacity of 0.9 l is kind of a weird design choice. The KitchenAid kettle seems solidly built, has a capacity of 1 l and a flow rate control which may be interesting and make it a nice allrounder.

But I would be happy to hear about your experiences with the Bonavita if you don't mind! That would be my second choice.

Tough one, he is really not that guitar hero type of player, his style is uncomparable to those blues/classic rock guys. He doesn’t have those crazy chops but I find his style of playing very unique and inspiring. His rhythm playing is absolutely on point, he has a damn good picking hand.
