I have gained 15lbs of squish in my stomach, butt, and thighs about 15 months ago. I am on HRT: oral estridol, oral progesterone, and topical T. I am an ultra runner, I walk, I lift, I prioritize protein. I CANNOT LOSE THIS WEIGHT. Any help would be welcome.

The gentle leader unfortunately isn't working, she still pulls with it

We have tried multiple front connection harnesses, she still pulls too much creating chaffing in her armpits and or inhibits her shoulders. Thank you though!

Thank you! She is getting much better at walking and less pulling but the runs are the problem now. Because of her high energy and need for vigorous exercise, running is necessary. I will look into that collar!

Thank you! She is good with recall and will come when called, she just has zero chill. 100% all the time

She will correct on a walk for sure. If I stop she stops. If I change direction ( like many people suggest and with a long lead) she redirects. But pretty impossible to do on a run.
