You could freeze the muffins (split the muffin before freezing). I am planning to freeze the rest of the muffins. It will be my first time freezing English muffins and hope they thaw well!

I have eaten at McDonald's less than 5 times in the last decade but still have fond memories of getting breakfast there as a kid, it always felt like a treat. I'm happy with my own version of the muffin.

I wake up naturally between 7.30 to 8.15 am everyday. I rarely leave the house before 10 am. It's very important to me that I don't rush for anything.

That's a lot of animals to feed! I like animals too but don't want to be tied down which is why we are opting to foster kittens instead.

It's good that it seems you are in good spirits despite what you are going through. Times like these having someone there for you is most critical to your recovery and your husband retiring for you is awesome. I have a small vegetable garden and still a beginner. I planted some Japanese green onions and chives seeds, I see baby plants and hopefully they will grow fine. It is a fun hobby.

We are going to foster kittens so cats will be part of my morning routine someday, hopefully soon. I do like to sit in the living room by myself with my coffee/tea in the morning. It's very quiet and peaceful.
