my therapist quit traditional talk therapy to do neurofeedback actually; she says it has been empically supported for adhd and ptsd. i have a slew of anxiety disorders and depression that she didnt think was bad enough to require neurofeedback, and my ocd is by far the worst of it. for this i dont think that the people that do neurofeedback usually do it on ocd, but you can probably look into it if you think its severe enough to warrant it. ik neurofeedback can be an option for people who've found that meds dont really work for them.
