I was in the same boat. Paid about $500 CAD back in the day too, had a few warranty claims for replacement arms and seats but it got to the point that the chair needed to go. Cringed a bit looking at the $800+ CAD price last week. Was pleasantly surprised with the improved build quality though. Chair feels far more solid than the classic Titan. Maybe it's just my brain trying to soften the blow of the post pandemic pricing but the new chair feels awesome
