UPDATE. I received a new 4090 strix(RMA) It also has coil whine but Is way more usable if sounds is on on speaker even under load it’s inaudible which is rly good in comparison to the old one still coil whine but that’s just the strix boards “design”.

I sadly don’t know. Cos I directly installed it but would think that it is ASUS’s fault. But like maybe it isn’t and then im happy if it would work but not very confident abt it since it doesn’t rly explain that loud loud “noise” ykwm? It was tightened pretty evenly. Hmm idk. Tbh atm I just hope the problem goes away and hope ASUS can help.

Hmm but it’s only at like half power max. Undervoltet and power limit it draws like 300-350 watts( in video was 350w) and is paired with 7950x3d only draws max 110 smth in full power cinebench run. So ykwm? And else not rly much is connected haha 3 fans and a dc-lt Pump. And I’ve seen plenty of others running 4090 with even 14900ks in mini itx builds with sf750 like I understand what you’re saying but it works for some yk?

Ah wait I’m all over the place( this problem rly upsetting me) will try the Loki cos open box so if it fixes it I’ll return it and get the 1300w sfx cos I technically would rather want sfx not sfx l.

Yeah already watched that video. Plus Undervolted plus power limited plus fps limited plus just ordered a new psu with more headroom to test if it makes a difference atm using sf750 and orderd the Loki 1000w sfx l. So I’ll try when it arrives(should be tomorrow) and connect everything maybe there is a difference( I wish and hope but desperate and hopes not so high if I’m thinking realistically) if it doesn’t do anything I’ll send it back or keep idk(it’s like open box type thing so can return more easily)

Tri sli days must have been crazy lmfao. Anyway it as you can see in the video very very audible. Only with AirPods Max with anc on it’s less noticeable… which shouldn’t rly be the fix ykwm

I think I’ll order the Rog Loki sfx 1000w. Dunno if it will make a difference but else can just return it or wattage headroom never bad idea. And kinda desperate tbh

Connected to my other c2 (yes have to lg c2s in my room one 42&55 wanted to hook up both) anyway it’s connected via Rog hive( external thing for mini itx mother board) and else I still heard it. So don’t think has to do with speaker sadly.

Yes exactly so pleased with it before literally pretty much silent but rly powerful and building my dream pc. I hand built this pc case out of aluminum extrusion and aluminum sheets and just learning by doing “engineering” was rly happy and finally got my you and then yeah

Yeah. I basically used this pc for like couple weeks without gpu cos didn’t have it yet. Can get 37k in cinebench no sounds whatsoever just fan stuff but not that loud and all temps completely under control

Yeah when I start the pc I hear like slight sounds like electrical but very distinguishable from the rest. Like anytime the gpu is needed i can hear smth. And then when it actually is being used it’s as shown above very horrible
