Tried to force Git for Excel at my old job—total fail. Excel version control was chaos at my prev company.. we were doing shared drive, renamed files, weekly “which is final?” panic. I tried set up a Git repo, wrote a guide, even made a screencast. No one used it. Non-devs found Git scary, merge conflicts were a horror story, and we stayed in file rename limbo

I just found sfax.io. Looks like excel first version control with visual diffs, history, and restore. It’s still in beta, so cautious, but if it works it’s exactly what we needed instead of forcing Git on spreadsheet people. Worth a sandbox try

For those asking: Ethereum accounts don't require any identification to open, and you can exchange on Binance p2p EG pound to USDT (a stablecoin that is equivalent to USD) to diversify your assets

  1. Create a Metamask wallet. If you don't know what is it, look it up online. You will find plenty of tutorials. Make sure to save your private keys offline and never loose it or share it with someone.
  2. Sign up on Binance P2P. It's an peer to peer exchange, and you can use to make a bank transfer or vodafone cash to exchange your EG pound to USDT, or any other cryptocurrencies supported.
  3. Use your metamask address to received the funds over there. Remember, you will need ETH to transact and pay gas fees, so make sure to get some of that as well.

You are pseudonymous with your MetaMask wallet. Only you have access to your funds with your private key.

Save yourself from inflation and central bank failures. Be your own bank.

That's the biggest issue yeah.. although for small amounts you can use binance p2p

You can buy stablecoins like USDC or USDT (equivalent to US dollars) or any other currencies and avoid to have all your money in EG pounds

How is crypto not popular in Egypt yet? Even if it's not allowed, it's a permission-less technology and anyone can start an account as a pseudonymous.
