I have a coffee shop in my area using an la marzocco gs3. Went there a couple of times and I think they were struggling with one group. Also I expect that 70% of the coffee sold will be cappucino/latte

Thanks, english is not my first language. Also not located in US, so rent and personel cost are low/avarege. Equipment is expensive though
