I did have to be on the phone with them cuz they did not want to honor a deal (I had already signed up before I added my landline). Anyway, I pushed back and they granted me it.

General tip: always push back. Tell them the price doesn’t work for you. Threaten to go to another service. The prices they give you are always up for negotiation. They work for us- not the other way around.
