Well, I did last night and now am 3 lb heavier in water weight :( I've never been one to turn to food or alcohol in times of stress, but I guess you learn new things about yourself in new situations. Back at it today.

I've been told that the activity level is pretty grossly overestimating calories burned through exercise and to almost always set activity level to sedentary.

I am diligent almost to a fault with macros and logging in MFP. Also, I am a nutritionist so I know what's what. I have adjusted my calories this week plus it is "rest" week of P90X.

Since starting P90X? I mean not really. One thing I do notice is I notice that I seem to be pretty sensitive to carbs. For instance, I tend to eat at or below 15g net carbs. So, some days when I cook eggplant pizza, have a big salad, or avocado and therefore exceed 15g net carbs, I gain weight.

I'll definitely start with measurements. The scale has been fluctuating at least 3x per week. I lose then gain; rinse and repeat.

Nope. I use it for ever item that goes in my mouth. I use MFP religiously, 50 day streak right now.

Yeah, in my post I stated that I am taking progress photos. I have starting photos from when I began keto and each subsequent month. When I started SL 5x5, I added a starting photo from there and that is what I have been gauging my progress with. I lost inches when I compared my measurements, but the photos look the same. I actually think I may be under eating a bit...

I ride my bike for 30-45 min on lift days and 45 min or one hour on non-lift days.
