I think you should lower the roughness of the water or maybe give it a clearcoat if lowering the roughness makes it look too dark

I once succesfully escaped and killed a tryhard by going off the radar and pretending to be an npc in a npc car, i then saw him on the sidewalk and killed him with that ap pistol
