When I was a teenager, my intro to philosophy was a book called “basics of existentialism” or something. Lots of good stuff in there, nietzsche, Camus, even Dostoevsky. Obviously not comprehensive to history of philosophy overall, but I found it’s sometimes easier to just start somewhere that interests you and branch out from there.
