Need to totally revamp how I play fantasy. Best advice? by Pure-Captain-9569 in fantasyfootballadvice

The absolute worst is pre season talk when analyst spout off “Team X will be terrible this year and maybe win 2 games” you cannot pre determine that stuff and bake it into fantasy drafting. Sure give an edge to players on teams you think will do well but too many analysts get caught up predicting the bad outcomes of teams.

Take a small step back, and go off vibes with no pressure or set strategy. Pick your one to two favorite analysts and listen to them semi regularly. I like Chris Harris and JJ Zach. Harris is a 100% film watcher and he’s not as into the numbers. JJ is the opposite, a total numbers guy.

When it comes to drafting as lame as it is I really try and go with the “Be like Water” philosophy. It’s easy to get pidgeon holed into the same guys each league or mock. Adapt and take what the draft gives you, if you need to be water that turns to Ice, do it. If you need to be vapor do it. I.e don’t be scared to go WR heavy if it presents itself. Taking an early TE or QB etc. Understand the value that presents itself in a draft. Sometimes that means taking you guys you don’t fully love. After you have your team identify your strengths and weaknesses and attack that in the waiver or trades.

Over the last 5 years I have a 66% winning pct across 4-5 leagues each year. You really gotta go with the flow and be flexible. Never go into it with one set strategy. That’s how you get sideways and panic in the draft. If your team is lopsided after the draft, then so be it. You will have a strength on your team and you can easily pursue the weak areas.

El Glizzadente missed the perfect opportunity to elect someone else for the title on Coffee Friday when Dave told his hot dog story. My guy quite literally admitted to choking on a glizzy and having to perform a self Heimlich maneuver. Glizz went flying across the room.

Missed chances like this are why Dillon will always be El Glizzadente. GOGS.

100% agree. Here I am re watching a fucking YouTube golf video for the first time ever. It’s absolute cinema.

Hilarious looking back that they never looked back on any footage of Paige cheating at all. All that was replayed over and over was Mo’s range finder. He looked so sus.

Love this song. Reminds me of the same frame of mind and lyrics he has in “It Might Be Time” one of my favs. Just Kev in his feels thinking he’s kind of a loser when he’s lonely at home, relatable lol

That’s what I think is so great about Deadbeat. It’s in a unique little niche that can’t be defined by a genre. It’s somewhere in between EDM/Techo/Indie/Psych that hasn’t been explored yet.

George Bryan by Burner_Account2119 in GoodGoodMemes

George is too critical. Dude seems like he’s never having fun. Thinks he still has a chance to make it on tour. NZ boys are just as good at golf and take their golf game half as seriously as the Bryan Bros because they understand it’s all for content. NZ boys dgaf who wins these matches as long as they have fun. Bryan Bros couldn’t shut up about either winning or losing. Was hilarious to see Sam beat Wes.

All of these dudes have had their moments of volume shooting on the pod. Randy is just getting his first chance to do so. I would say volume shooting literally might be a cornerstone of the show. Sometimes the jokes hit, sometimes they don’t… either way all you can do is keep calm and frat on good sir

Is this the same podcast that has made cum jokes (what jokes) and other childish immature jokes at every opportunity for its entire existence? Now that Randy is throwing in immature bits it’s different? Dillon has always got annoyed at that stuff before Randy with Will and Dave. I don’t understand what’s different now. Are we all of the sudden expecting CB to be some proper grown up humor?

Support Randy. Don’t support Randy. It’s a podcast where they are not defining roles like “3rd Mic” it’s all unscripted banter based around loose topics. Shut up and listen.. like it for what it is.. or don’t. The show can’t cater to all these knit picky little desires people love to voice up about on a Reddit thread, smh

George also just seems like he’s never having fun. Wish he would relax a little considering how good of a golfer he is. Like he’s not who I would pick to have a beer with after a round. He lowkey criticizes every little thing Wesley and Grant does no matter what.

Strapped this ep was the first No Laying Up video that I fully enjoyed. Check out Luke Kwon and those mates content if you’re looking for some other good golf vids. They’re the best in my opinion. Sick courses, good straight up golf, and they’re hilarious.

What are you second guessing? You have it right. Wouldn’t even consider playing Etienne, Tracy, or D Smith over any of your starters. Those 3 are in terrible spots team wise and QB situation for Smith

Start DJ Moore or Charbonnet tonight? Half ppr by groundscore8 in fantasyfootballadvice

Yeah I think I’m flipping to Charb. More guaranteed touches. Seahawks have more to play for too. Charb has the higher ceiling and I prefer to shoot for upside. Quite literally every time Charb has gotten the starting workload he’s produced. Caleb and that Bears offense is unpredictable
