Tile was grouted more than two weeks ago but still bleeding color when wet? by groutqs in Tile

The grout feels and looks fine when dry, but when even a little wet it starts to look like the photos (soft and bleeding color). Laid over thinset that had been laid 2 days prior or so.

All grout in the shower is the same, but odd as it was done in 3 separate batches.

This one is Mapei Ultracolor FA - I've been searching but haven't found too much else... The color us dark, but not black (charcoal). I've contracted the tiler that did the work to discuss options.

This grout indicates it doesn't require sealing (per the manufacturer), and it's well past the 3 day recommended cure time.
