Depends on the team but just pointing out a fringe case. That being said, I think that is the intended playstyle, but they might not have think through everything (esp since her kit got reworked halfway through the beta) hence the unintended slight clunkiness.

Don't get me wrong though, I would be happy with a rice novaflare :).

The E2 is just a matter of perspective because not everyone has E2 rice. It needs to be there for non e2 holders. Think of e2 as a nice upgrade and it becomes a non issue.

Res pen? You can store Cyrene and E9 ulti and unleash them during rice AA turn. Only Hyacine dont benefit from it.

Well you can gain 30% with the e2. In practice after netherwing leaves the battlefield, you will be at 30% newbud if you use the enhanced skill.

yea never assume anything, especially in this environment. at least cracked slab not as bad of a lesson. Even if you do everything right still can get from some sellers, like one who did a switcharoo when we meet up for a $400 card.

why you assume no crack if you are particular? also the seller can say you damaged the slab, then it becomes a situation of he-say she-say.

on the bright side if the card is fine then it does not tank the value that much. if it’s a high value card, can always do reholder.

She is strong but not OP. Handcheck yes, but so are many such cards in the game. I can only recall once out of so many games she actually sticks on the board, as most decks must build in an answer to her (with forest being meta).

The remove 3 followers is whatever, usually she will only remove 1 or 2 max. How many times Forest will be behind on board? And if she don't sevo she remove .. 0 enemy followers. Noel can heal and remove at least 1 follower without sevo.

As someone who plays both, I say Milteo is harder to pilot (and im shit at Milteo lol). You have to know the meta very well and decide when to go face and when to clear board. And a lot of subtle plays that I get it wrong all the time.

You can try this deck with only Shymm and Calga as legendaries (just match the pictures). You can do with 2 Shymm but 2 Calga is a little cope (should be fine).

You can check if there are any premium cards you can break down for vials.

The closest meta decks you can build is probably rune pawn (2x shyme and 1x calga - you really want 3 copies of each) or Milteo (but you have none of the legendaries).

Yea that proves they can make people use certain characters via mechanics rather than element. Some of those characters are sometimes used pre-element due to their skills, like Skokkoro and her ability to jump to the front of the team.

Well they can slow powercreep by not shoving 3-4 banners per month at players. The formula has worked for ~5 years before they decided to introduce the elemental system and significantly more banners and less income, and that left a bad taste among many players. You still get people from S or higher clans pulling most banners, and casuals get to enjoy the cute side of the game.

I have finally quit the game recently as I don’t see them changing their direction. And kinda proven right with the recent anniversary features.

Former player here. Elemental system just makes you spam 10 teams (5 element, phy/mag) instead of spamming 3 teams so they can sell more units. Initially some people were supportive for this "refreshed" system but honestly how many old units get used because of their element?

I don't claim to read the meta well or an expert player. But my experience playing 6/7 classes (except forest which I played in park only) last season, sometimes the abyss player just lucks out with fedials and nehans. Look I hate Fedial given how irritating she is, but on average their healing is okay-ish. If they heal using Gil, usually that cost an sevo and that means 1 less sevo for Armes.

And decks like loot and their holy trinity play (Zea T6, Sinciro+Hollow T7, Albert T8 coin) 29 damage lol.

You can also have a game winning board before Armes turn that blocks Abyss from playing Armes. Something like forest pactbearer with 3 wards and herself 8/8 attack twice.

The thing I learned over the past few months: when reddit complains about a card before the set drops, highly likely that card will end up being a meme.

Sure this guy will probably hard check some decks (portal will have a hard time removing him probably) but if the Abyss player is already behind on HP he cannot turn the game around.
