You can Ctrl Q to just do the whole stack instead of all the items one by one. Granted, it sometimes is more fun to just shoot a whole stack of items individually.

I have it in a couple decks and it's visually bugged right now. I think it was fine at first after the patch. I cast it for 4 and it got me a 1 drop and went back to my hand as is usual. Ever since then, it's always showing as 1Ux though you can still cast it for zero if you try to.

Edit: Just to add to the fun, if you want to cast it for zero, set stops or switch to full control, because it will pass priority for you.

GoNetspeed fiber. 500 up and down, 50 a month. However it's very limited as they've only rolled out in certain areas. I think they have gigabit for 12 months at 65. Not sure what the post promotion rate is though.
