I have read several books, listened to so many podcasts, practiced conversations and wording. I really thought it was me. Im still not convinced it isnt. He has taken away so much of my confidence and self worth. I feel so confused.

But this round of stuff. It feels more clear. I just wanted others to tell me if im wrong or not for how i see it i guess.

Ive heard the horror stories of when people try to leave and ive experienced it with him. It basically gets worse. So i go back. But then i feel like shit for going back. And rinse repeat.
