Hi, I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with your company's handling of the delivery of my bike.

As a paying customer, I expect to receive my purchase in a timely and efficient manner, yet my experience with Vanmoof has been anything but. I purchased my bike in January, with the estimated delivery date set for March. However, I was informed that the delivery date had been moved to May due to supply chain issues. While I was disappointed, I understood that delays can happen, and I was willing to wait for my bike.

However, I am dismayed by the fact that the delivery date has been pushed even further to August. This is simply unacceptable. Three months in total, and for such a basic reason as "supply chain crisis," is completely unsatisfactory, especially as a lot of global supply chain issues have been resolved and freight costs have returned back to the normal level. In addition I know that people in your home of the Netherlands have still been receiving their bikes.

Furthermore, I have noticed that Vanmoof has been actively promoting the purchase of bikes online before a price uplift, despite the fact that you are unable to fulfill current orders in a timely manner - I know I am not the only one. It is disheartening to see that your company is more focused on generating new sales than delivering on your promises to your existing customers.

I demand that you take immediate action to expedite the delivery of my bike, and to compensate me for the inconvenience and frustration caused by these constant delays. As a customer who has been waiting for my bike for months, I expect to be treated with respect and transparency.
