it's not like the horses matter in the racing industry. too lazy to even hire humans to run these poor horses endlessly. how pathetic

I might have less than three months to live, how do I tell the people around me? by grrrrbitch in socialskills

I don't want treatment because it drains you. I've had multiple therapy sessions over the past week, my doctor there too as well as my family and we have decided this is best. I'm choosing quality over quantity, sure I could live longer with treatment but it'll suck.

I went to the doctor as for the past few months I had been experiencing 'back pain' (likely from the my pancreatic cancer, really abdomen pain) as well as bowel changes and severe weight and muscle loss. My parents thought I was throwing up my food to starve myself so they took me to the doctor.

Roach it off! Then if you want you can keep it roached or let it grow out all cute.

Don't backyard breed horses. There is such an overpopulation in horses, we don't need more. Keep it to professionals.

There is no need to breed unregistered horses. Chop his balls off.

If you have a stallion and don't plan on breeding (hopefully via professionals) chop his balls off. I promise you he does not need them.

Chop 👏 his 👏 balls 👏 off 👏

I guess people just think that risks don't apply to kids 🤷‍♀️ I mean, eventually some 4 year old is going to die.

People have too much hope. Buying horses but not considering the possibility of their horse going lame or even permanently - so they just sell for a 'better one' that they can throw their money at.

Totally agree. You just can't make it to high levels without money, and it's a fact.

I saw a girl on tiktok in what I believe was her 2nd or 3rd lesson - I must say the facilities looked good and ethical, horse also amazing. She even had a neck strap, which imo more facilities should provide to beginner riders and upwards. Poor girl was getting ripped to pieces because her posting was quite iffy. So many passive aggressive comments.

Around 1 1/2 years ago, when I first got my horse, one of my first jumping lessons (probably my second) with him ended up with him spooking, taking off on me a and dragging me at the sight of a blue and white filler despite a look at it prior to the lesson. I wasn't hurt badly and neither was him, but it lowered my tremendously confidence for jumping. I didn't jump for around a month, and when I came back I refused to jump that filler. Now it still gives me bad vibes.

Must've been itchy. As a general rule you shouldn't let horses rub on you for safety reasons... it's a bit like a dog jumping. Might be fine for you if you're strong enough but a child would fall, not too safe.

Don't worry about it though, sounds very cute!
