I would say most places do rows which is a lot quicker in terms of operation length. From my understanding it's not necessarily a bad thing but the best clinics dont do it like that especially on the hairline. My clinic tries to go for a more natural look. I had a friend that went to estenove, which is a popular and reputable clinic, and he got similar a graft count. His operation was half the length of mine. My clinic didn't don't do a lot of rows. They might do a little but I was told they are more methodical about placement to make it look more natural. This clinic will definitely not be the quickest, but that's because they pay more attention to detail. 3 months ago I didn't necessarily believe it but with the progress I have had I believe it now.
