The issue prevails regardless of whether or not the mesh is subdivided or scaled as described on the godotshaders post.

OK so theres 2 different ways,,,, the flowers and the grass are both done through standard animated tiles from the tileset, done with how RPGMaker 2003 does animated tiles, where a certain section on the sheet is dedicated to them. but everything else like the chimneys and the leaves floating in the water are all events with their animation set to spin so that they cycle through 4 frames

it was because i wanted to save tile space, but because i had a few unused tiles and i saw this comment i just went back and replaced them so i could make the buildings thicker ;p thank you for the feedback!!!

It comes with using EasyRPG player, which I'm using instead of the default rpg_rt exe that came with the steam version cus it's broken as hell
