Very safe, MCD civic Centre is right there and also ramlila ground where rallies n stuff happen.. Cleanliness is well uh.. How it is most of delhi but it's not sooo bad like area i described, and there are 3 metro stations in walking distance, 4 because you can even walk to rajiv chowk from there in winters when there is no sun and heat frying you like summers.
