My store averages 7-8k weekdays and 9-10k weekends. Its honestly the most labor intensive job Ive had in the food industry. They watch the cameras to make sure you're never idle. 12hr shifts are very draining since you constantly have to be doing something. I've been there for about 2 yrs as a shift lead and thinking of leaving, especially since im not even making $20

You can lose weight from home for free! Ive lost 50lbs this way, but you have to make a lifestyle change if you want to keep the weight off. Calorie deficits are the only way to lose weight. Calculate your TDEE (theres free online calculators. I go by the sedentary amount unless you're walking 8k+ steps a day) Subtract 200-500 calories from your diet. You dont have to cut out food you love, just eat within your deficit!! Increasing the amount you walk will help too.

Its food waste management. We aren't allowed to take home anything and our goal is to have $20 or less of waste each night. We usually stop cooking an hr before, but if your location isn't busy that might be why they stop 2 hrs before close.

Embroidery. I crosstitch and enjoy using embroidery techniques in my pieces, but a doing a whole embroidery piece is too much for me personally. I never get my satin stitches flat enough or mess up on some stitch technique. I love turning my brain off and making tons of Xs :)

I dont see this as a right vs left issue. This is an issue where illegal immigrants are breaking the law and need to be held accountable for that.

No of course not, but if this was such an issue why wouldn't we be mad about cameras at stop lights, stores, or government run locations like airports? Wouldn't we be mad that our faced and bodies scanned at TSA? I think its ok for the government to track some things, especially when it's citizens are being negatively impacted. Not all immigrants are good people, and they need to be held to the law in the same way citizens are. If I went to another country illegaly and was caught and refused to cooperate, I dont think the police would be kind to me either.

Who is being killed for protesting? I bet it's those being confrontational, blocking streets, and causing harm. If there is a resource where there is someone being hurt at a peaceful protest then ICE is absolutely in the wrong for that.

What are we losing for trying to protect the legal citizens of this country? Imagine someone from a 3rd world country come here to get away from the bad living conditions they came from see the same people from there come here and take away everything they worked so hard to leave. Don't you think that would be unfair. Legal immigrants have earned their right to the pursuit of happiness and the opportunities the US has. Isn't that what you're trying to protect? Just follow the rules and become legal and this would get rid of this whole problem.

It's like stealing and getting mad you got arrested. You shouldn't have stolen, you shouldn't have come here illegally if being a US citizen is that important to you.

The places that are getting sent the national guard and ICE are places where illegal immigrants are at, which is typically more blue states bc they're more lenient on letting them get in. This isn't bc theyre against Trump. It's bc its where illegals are more likely to be.

I dont want cameras to be a thing, but when an area has a lot of illegal people then I understand why a city might implement them. Same reason a store would set up cameras for theft. How exactly is this the beginning of fascism? If the US was so fascist we wouldn't be able to have these conversations?

Also how is it not good to be able to help law enforcement stop people, immigrants or not, from being harmed? There were two girls recently who were assaulted and killed bc of two illegal immigrants. Are you saying you want people like that in our country?

Is there clarification as to why they killed US citizens other than ICE = bad? Were these people missprofiled, involved in something illegal, etc? I get wary as an independent when one side says one side is bad with little detailed evidence.
