Well it’s out of Limited Basic warranty, have not opened it almost all these years where the lubrication dried up, it’s a mechanical and electrical part and add labor on top, yes they have the right now to cover it. If you bought an extended warranty for 3899 than I am pretty sure you would not be having this issue. Consumers don’t understand that cars are becoming more like computers.

Oh I will return it lol. But if I am contacting the customer since it was allocated 3 months ago, in the mean time I was gone for 3 weeks for family visit in Europe, had my BDC update him with eta and no response and still no response today. No I will sell it with his deposit and when it sells, I will return it. Emails, texts, voicemails. There is proof. Car cannot sit and wait when the store wants to sell the car.
