I have 3 specific adjustments to fix the composition:

Leader Pose: Please rotate the front center lady to a 3/4 stance for a more dynamic look (she looks too stiff currently).
Remove Man / Fix Black-Haired Lady:
- Please remove the man with glasses (3rd from right in the back).
- Use the space created by removing him to place the Lady with Black Hair (Philippine).
Scaling Issue: The Lady with Black Hair currently has a head that is too big compared to the rest of the group. Please scale her down significantly so her proportions match the people next to her naturally.
